Description

The new podcast about shame with Lou Sanders and Amy Annette. And guess what - we tried keeping it to 10 minutes but then everyone told us they wanted more (at least 2 people) so it's longer now but... YOU SHOULD SEE WHAT THEY SNIPPED OUT (stories for next time is what).

NO FAMILY OF LOU'S ALLOWED TO LISTEN TO THIS.

Talking about shame again
We engage a professionally clever man to talk to us about Shame, Robert Rowland Smith manages to mention Nietzsche, Augustine and J.Lo (nah that was Amy) in this epper, Lou is brilliant and agreeable and Amy... chips in with J.Lo. This is Tony Award Winning Content guys, top quality podcasting with thought ideas and evidence (no singing though). LISTEN IN!
In this episode, guest free but FULL of flavour, Lou and Amy talk the ladies ponds, emotional responses to big events, Lou's acclaimed Guardian article and cracking the nut of Amy's shame shield. Credit for the word 'fuck piece' - phrase originally originated by Patrick Turpin.
Evelyn Mok joins us to talk spirits, her Edinburgh show which is NOT titled Adult Virgin and more. We get real into it and it's less edited BECAUSE PEOPLE TOLD US THEY WANTED MORE! Here we are, giving the people everything they want.
A shorter sexier number in which Amy talks about dick swinging and Lou talks about chops on bot bots. No guest this week because we are very flexible and fun and sometimes we just wanna talk to each other #bestfriends also in this ep Lou accuses Amy of sabotaging her.
Miscarriages in the cinema, Lou getting glassed, and a warning that too much masterbation can lead to a claw hand.
Threesomes, Incest, Michael Gove - it's all discussed. Lou is really hoping her family don't listen to this one. What we realise now is it's hard to be the poster girls for banishing shame.
We put this under the storytelling session & honestly we think it's nestled right in the right place. Pelvitones? Tell me more. Sometimes we start telling a story & then edit it out and we don't give a hoot. This one is innocent shame because Lou got shame about talking about all the shame but next week she'll be back talking about butt stuff.
Special guest Animal (writer) Sara Pascoe! ♥ They say that men talk over each other on panel shows - but we show that women can do that too! A NOTICE from the 'creators': This one is sixteen minutes long because the power went to our heads.
