Dave Kirk is the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Grace Community Church in North Liberty, Iowa, where he has served since 2009. Before that, he was a pastor in St. Louis, Missouri for 13 years. Dave is the co-founder and has been Director of the Eastern Iowa Biblical Counseling Coalition (EIBCC) since its inception in 2013. Dave has been in full-time ministry for 28 years. Jim Berg is a member of the BCC Council and serves as a Professor of Biblical Counseling at Bob Jones University Seminary after having served as Dean of Students of BJU for 29 years.
