In this episode of the podcast, we are discussing the gut microbiome. The gut and the microbiome have gotten a lot of attention over the last 10 years and for good reason. Our digestive system plays a vital role in our overall health and dysfunctional digestion can lead to a variety of health problems.  One of the most fascinating aspects of our digestive health is the microbes that live in our gut which refer to as our "gut microbiome".
