Hi Taren, Thank you very much for that cool podcasts. I like to listen to them during my winter indoor workouts a lot. Let me ask you a question please. How can I prepare myself for (fast) temperature rises at the beginning of the summer season? Background: last year the temperature in south germany suddenly rose within 4 days from 18°C to 32°C .... On race day 😆 Would excessive sauna do the trick? Cheers

Taren, this podcast was incredibly helpful. I did a half ironman just this past weekend, and totally crashed during the run leg. Until I listened to this podcast, I was exactly thinking what you started off the podcast with - that I need to ramp up my running. Thanks for publishing this.
