“There can never be enough positive feedback,” says Mervi Pänkäläinen, CEO of Mightifier. Mightifier is an app that fosters healthy relationships between students, as well as their teachers. It's an app 'through which kids can learn to master their social and emotional skills.' According to Pänkäläinen, bullying has decreased as a result of young pupils and teachers using the application - which has been internationally recognised and won several awards in categories of design and product innovation. We're fast approaching the end of the year and it's time to reflect. In the midst of our reflection, we realised that perhaps the purpose and reason for the launch of our podcast remains abstract. Or not. Nonetheless, Episode 7 is about setting that right. It's about illumination. It's about clarifying the notion of a "FutureCo." To do that, here's Tobias Dahlberg, Alyssa Stoisolovich and myself Alex Yletyinen. To stay up to date with what we are doing, follow us on Instagram @ wonderinc and on Twitter @ wonder__inc.
For Episode 6 we are joined by Niklas Madsen from Superlab, based out of Helsingborg, Sweden. Madsen is an industrial designer, who together with his team recently published a book entitled Playful Office. The work is a deep dive into the notion of play, and it's significance in the workplace. "Playful Office is not some wild guess or some random prediction. This is a meticulously compiled collection of research, observations, interviews and a lot of experience. This is happening now, as you are reading this. This is the future." For the fifth episode we sat down with the current CMO of Fiskars Corporation, Alexander Matt. Matt has a long history of working with brands, having previously held positions at both Adidas Originals and Levis. For him, brands play a crucial role in cultural ecosystems of consumers and businesses. To stay up to date with what we are doing, follow us on Instagram @ wonderinc and on Twitter @ wonder__inc.
In Episode 4 we are joined by Cameron Murphy from Audiodraft. Audiodraft provide audio branding and music strategy services, which may at first sound abstract. We as consumers often find ourselves bombarded with sound or audio, but do we ever stop to take a second and actually listen? The trifecta is complete.
