listening to this first episode I must say I'm disappointed, I thought I'd be getting advice on keto but not much here. Fingers crossed it gets more informative.
This story is interesting. A lot like mine. I'm back Keto. I lost 26lbs, then went back to the old way of eating. Gained the weight back, and regained asthma and joint pain. This time also, I was going to go AF, Alcohol Free. We will see.
