God thus is so boring and uninteresting. I couldn't make it through the 1st episode.

I have mixed feelings on Tides. There is a heavy focus on discovery and exploration which can be interesting but also can be boring if its not your thing. The human vs nature driven story is slow but when its good, its really good. Absolutely none of the characters are likable but at some points they can be interesting and in season two are starting to grow on me. I give it bonus points for having multiple canon queer characters. The best episode is episode 8 which is the end of season 1. Season 2 so far has been good/better and has a lot of potential (currently only episodes 9 and 10). I think this podcast is gonna grow and get better. I’ll be sticking around to see what happens, I’m hoping it worth the dive.
