we need daemon to do some war crimes ...
all due respect how did you not pick up the giant queer vibes between Michaela Stirling and Francesca?
I've been an avid listener of "Still Watching by Vanity Fair" for quite some time, and I must say that the quality of analysis and commentary is consistently top-notch. The latest episode I listened to, featuring [guest's name], was particularly enlightening. The deep dive into the intricacies of [topic discussed] was not only informative but also incredibly engaging. https://www.cgmimm.com/new-york-ny/local-services/tray-liners-studio One thing I truly appreciate about this podcast is the meticulous research that goes into every episode. The hosts and their guests demonstrate a profound understanding of the subject matter, and they present it in a way that's accessible to both casual fans and die-hard enthusiasts. https://globalcatalog.com/traylinersstudio.us

You are getting the episode numbers wrong. This is the second description with "episode 2".
I was really hoping to be able to listen to this podcast. I am a Conservative and I really don't have any political agenda in watching the show. I am 49 and lived through all of this while it happened; I am thus interested in the backstory of the "main incident"and how it shaped history. Why are we Conservatives "horrible people"? Having beliefs that are different from yours doesn't disqualify someone from being decent and moral. The Clintons are a power couple (even today) and are members of an elite group ( possibly the deep state which is not political but more of a machine that includes influencers despite party lines). They are Ivy league educated as well and leaders of the Democratic Party - even today. They have destroyed and possibly had killed (directly or indirectly) anyone who stood in their way. As a young woman I voted for Bill Clinton, twice. I wish I hadn't. I wish I knew who he was. At the time I told myself that I didn't want to know, private life and public life are
Re: accents. As a non American and non Brit the accent does not bother me at all... I'm just impressed that it doesn't sound out of place. Or perhaps the story and imagery and soundtrack is so great I don't even notice.
what about the post credits scene????
I so don't want to be "that guy" but listening to Joanna CONSTANTLY saying, "uh ummm" is making it very difficult to listen to these podcasts. For instance, I just skipped to the interview and literally skipped to "uh" & "um" 11 times!! lmao
the acting is good but the story has jumped. the music is amazingly suspenseful and deserves awards but he story is all amounting to nothing.
What's with the awful sound mixing during the opening and the random sound effects out of nowhere? Also, the theme plays during the interview?? So unprofessional. There should be more time taken to listen to the episodes before posting - it's not worth being the first review show to post if the editing is this poor.
What happened to the pod for the last season episode!?

Don't listen to the haters you guys are awesome keep doing what you're doing. Love the insight, feminist perspective, interviews and 'name dropping' (because a good podcaster names their sources duh). This podcast makes my day and get pretty excited whenever I see a new epsiode has dropped.🤗
I've been following only for the game of thrones episodes and generally I enjoy the content but I have a major issue with the fact that you can blatantly tell the two commentators aren't in the same room. For a podcast backed by Vanity Fair the audio sounds awful and tinny. I get that you can't get around that for guest interviews (Like the John Bradley one which was almost undeciferable) but there really is no reason for that to be the case when there isn't a guest.
I only listened to your discussion of episode 8, the finale of Sharp Objects. Quite frankly, listening to your commentary is painful to my ears...both of you are so dependent on the use of "like" and "you know" !
Re "Dirt": Dammit. Fell asleep halfway thru this (convalescing) and wake up to find reveal of who dunnit. Know there was a warning but really ruined it for me. Should have left that discussion for the end, so unnecessary to discuss now. Such a well done original show, lousy opening credits notwithstanding.
