I heard about you on a Shawn Stevenson's podcast. I'm very interested in how the matabolism works. Very beneficial information you are providing to the community. I'm low carb and normally would subtract the fiber from the total carbohydrates ie. net carbs. Love the way you lay it out. So much information! Thank God this is free.
