Description

Welcome to the Let's Be Naked podcast!

We are McKayla Hale & Jenny Lynn Newell, two friends on opposite coasts who met through happenstance and leaned into sheer vulnerability from our first phone call.

Through our years of radical connection, we realize that our individual healing has been amplified by the other’s willingness to engage in uncomfortable conversation.

We listen from a space of wholehearted compassion, while utilizing (and sometimes stumbling with) the language to shift into a more resilient perspective.

We are committed to serving this community through deeply authentic conversation to build a reliable toolbox for moment-to-moment restoration. These tools give us access to radical self-love that help navigate uncertainty.

Let’s Be Naked, together.
