Chris Ruane is an MP with the Welsh Labour Party and is also co-chair of the Mindfulness all-party Parliamentary Group. He first discovered meditation as a teacher in the 1980s and has been interested in it ever since. We talk about his personal routine for maintaining a happy mind, how he dealt with the devastation of losing seat in the 2015 elections after being in office for 18 years and his thoughts on the future of mindfulness.

Other than being the keeper of her own mental health questions, she is not a mental health expert and simply wants to create a forum for people to engage.
