What the heck happened to this podcast? They were doing such a great job! I'm wondering if some kind of "legal" issue happened. All I know is, I was really interested in this case & now it's disappeared. Hope everything is ok

I've never added a comment, but i can't believe I wasted my time on this podcast which in the end you made all about yourself. I would encourage everyone to see the post you made towards the victim's mother and the picture of you smiling standing next to suspect Kate as you are friends now. you broke the #1 rule of journalism. you did not remain unbiased.

Yikes, do some research on the pod and the controversy between the host and the family before you waste your time and she profits off of hours of you listening. I would NOT have listened if I knew the story behind everything

I regret giving your podcast a play. I hate that you profited from my listens, even if it was just a mere $10 or less. You can say you did this for the right reasons all you want, but this was a ploy to boost your image and get your name out there. You know that. Listeners can tell that beginning from the episode where you retraced steps and went to McDonald's and got some sort of recognition. That didn't provide any insight to Jaleayah's case, nor was it relevant, yet you left it in to boost your own ego. It is disgusting what you have done to the Davis family first and foremost, but also to the reputation of the true crime community. People like you are the reason why people are (and should be) hesitant to trust "reporters" with any information. My heart is so broken for Kim. Not only because of the horrific loss of her CHILD, but also the atrocities she experienced by the police department and leeches like you who used her trauma for personal gain. You truly disgust me. Good riddanc

okay I'm sorry but this didn't answer any of my questions because I think he was asked to determine an answer that wasn't the issue. It shouldn't have been is this consistent with her getting hit if she standing is this consistent with no he should have been asked if you came onto this thing what would you think happened and then him give his opinion. Because I'm sorry but they keep saying a high rate of speed that car does not have enough damage on the front bumper and the even the like the front side passenger side two heads in that much damage I was in an accident going 20 miles an hour I was building up speed to go 40 somebody cut me off and I the entire front of my car caved in and sliced my knee up because the whole front end was damaged so I'm sorry but some people have their own agenda and want to get on Oxygen Network and have a show apparently and a documentary even though she was like I'm working I can't do this I'm just doing this for my own personal you know need to know a

Emily is a fraud and was denied any further access by the family because she went behind their back and proceeded to get a documentary about the family but it was mostly about Emily and how she was from the small town and she's trying to take down the sheriff instead of focusing on the death of this girl and what really happened so I don't have any trust or faith whatsoever that this bitch wasn't trying to just get famous an act like she cared about this family and their suffering makes me disgusted and I cannot believe that I have spent hours listening to this podcast over the last few days and then get to this conclusion where she says she doesn't support the Davis family's opinion and let it was just a tragic accident even though physics will tell you there's no way she hit the guardrail and didn't just keep going through the guardrail if it was such damage to the car that it would have ejected her I mean there's physics and then there's your stupid ignorant opinion

okay I am utterly disgusted after listening to this episode that now that you've given your opinion you said you're not on the sheriff's side but you don't agree with the Davis Family opinion? I cannot believe I wasted time listening to you thinking that you were going to be open-minded and fair only to find that you have to come to the same ignorance as the police. there is no way this was a drunk driving accident. I have seen car accidents where people have hit each other head-on and a body was not ejected from the vehicle. there was no physical way to explain her being ejected from the passenger window up over her car if she was driving and there is not even enough damage to her car for it to be that much damage. I don't know what they threaten do with Emily or if you were paid off but I'm really disgusted and very disappointed.

oh my God who does that? they told you they had footage and you don't go for 20 days but you had a dead 20 year old girl with no head and you didn't feel like that should be a priority in a small town like what else was so important that you don't prioritize this kind of crime? clearly these sociopath friends of hers and I use friends very very loosely fought her and ran her over. and probably back over her and then have gotten away with it because granddaddy is a sheriff. plus he's the one that personally chose and promoted his successor so I'm sure the current Sheriff that that time felt like he couldn't go and arrest the person who made him what he is family member so they've just decided to cover it up. everyone should listen to culpable podcast it's quite similar and just as frustrating to see cops not do their job oh wait that's not a shock

okay lay still declare this an accident?! How would he know the car was still in Drive how would he know she was hit by her own car and run over because that wasn't released except for you know the dumbass cop telling Kristen's attorney but he was being questioned before that. cops just have no common sense and don't want to see the forest for the trees. see this is just like the culpable podcast. Guy found shot, 911 called and said he shot himself. Cops come, test the 3 people who were there and they all tested positive for gunshot residue however the guy who called 911 never went into the room supposedly where the body was found, and the victim didn't have gunshot residue on the correct side of his hand that would correlate with him shooting the gun himself but somebody's relative is a member of the DA's office or something of that effect and it's still declared a suicide even though numerous forensic reviews of the case have said it is not a suicide it is clearly homicide but cops a

this reminds me of the Adnan Syed case regarding the murder of his girlfriend or ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee. the prosecutor used a person do review the cell tower data and this is an 1999 and at that time there was a disclaimer that said only outgoing calls could be trusted for locating you because it would connect you the person to the nearest Tower and that could tell your location but an incoming call could be pinging off of different Towers to finally find one that has enough data to get to you so he hadn't made any calls or no calls have been out going from his phone and they returned to use the incoming data to say he murdered her. But decades later someone else looked at it found the cover page and that guy recanted saying he would have never testified as to those locations being correct if you'd seen the cover page that said only to rely on the incoming calls because they didn't actually contact someone at the cell phone company they just contacted a general person who knew abou

So, there is still the question of who was with Jaleayah? Who was driving? Why and how did they leave her there? Why has no one been charged? Even if the car crash happened exactly as you and Mr. Holes have laid it out here, was Jaleayah killed instantly? Could there have been a chance of saving her? A crime has still been committed. Are there going to be more episodes?

I guess after her flip flop Emily has given up the podcast. I'm really disappointed, she seemed like she really wanted to help find justice for Jaleyah through most episodes

I'm sure you have your reasons for believing this was a tragic accident. I will definitely respect your opinion. I think it's just one of those things were everyone got caught up in what was being said (rumors). we took what was being said and ran with it. I guess we all just wanted someone to be at fault for what happened to her. Although somethings are still unclear we'll just have to accept that maybe it was just a tragic accident. 💔
