How many times a day do you talk to yourself? What do you tell yourself? Is it positive, negative doubts? Self-talk is the key to ensuring you can become your best self. We need to share with ourselves how much we care about ourselves. Self Talk is a superpower and it will ensure you become stronger, happier, and a better human. 
I have been hearing from friends and co-workers as of late that they feel like everything around them is spinning out of control and they are lost at times. I believe a lot of that happens to be centered around where they are putting their focus. When we sit and talk more it comes to light that most of their energy is being spent on things that they have no ability to control. Of course, we will feel lost and down when we can't make things change, the key to getting out of this mindset and focus is to turn our intentions into what we can control. Let's talk today about how to know what we can and can't control and how to ensure we put our energy and time into what we can. 
How often are you checking the fuel gauge on yourself? Are you at Full or are you close to Empty? What are things that help ensure you fill your tank up? Let's talk about the importance of knowing where you are and some key things you can do to keep you at Full vs Empty. 
In a world where we are looking for ways to bring more happiness and joy into our lives every day I am here to tell you the best way is to give more away. Giving brings us more than what we give out, it allows for us to grow and strengthen our internal core. We are missing out by not tapping into this amazing and simple practice. "If there is no wind, row" Action is rowing and how often are waiting for the wind to come? What is stopping you from taking action in your life? What is stopping you from moving fear aside and bring hope into your life? Let's focus today on how to take more action in your life and what types of dents it can make for your life. 
How often you put a lot of time and effort into making up your mind that you are going to accomplish a goal you have set? Is your mind really made up?
