Powerful episode! I've tried meditation before, don't feel that I've hit that point of my mind being empty so to say focusing on one thing. The floating meditation sounds entreating! Definitely something to look into! Thank you Ariel Garten for providing valuable insight, tips and suggestions and for being on the 365 Driven podcast! Thank You Tony!

Killer episode, Your Right Tony Whatley, Sean Whalen is definitely good at Stirring the Emotional pot! I don't even know where to start! For me, yes there is emotions, Tragic events and there uncomfortable to think about much less talk about! Even though it might just be the place I need to start. Thankyou for everything you do!
