Take the extra step with each patient to each them on a personal level. Multiple staff members should be trained and cross-trained in customer service and billing. Keeping a positive mental outlook is a challenge. Spend your funds on the right things when you plan well in advance. Set professional goals that include certain equipment you would like. Have your own, separate, personal goals. Change is slow, but takes persistence. Holding regular meetings is necessary.
