We believe we didn't come this far to just come this far. Francisco (host) was in the Business Finance industry for 13 years until he started his website from ZERO to now a Million dollar company. Conrad (co-host) has been in the Mortgage finance industry for over 16 years and give his insights on the new (Mexican) American Dream of Real Estate. We talk everything from topics only a chicano will understand but also share our experiences of how we escaped the rat race of a 9 to 5 to be our own bosses. 100% intention + 0% mechanism = 100% results. When your intention is 100% clear the mechanism appears. If you have a burning desire to do something the mechanism will appear. You will do anything by any means to get the job done or the goal done within a time frame.
What is love? Are you honey attracting bees or are a piece of sh** attracting flies. Love is loving yourself firs and then loving others. Self discipline is self love.
How do we get out of a rut? In this episode Francisco and Conrado give their top 3 tips on how to get out of a rut. If you're going through a rut you're not in control. That is not you its your programs running through your head. Take a break, hang out with positive energy people, Change your environment by changing your routine, get a puppy, buy yourself a cologne.
How many times have we heard this from people YOU KNOW what I mean Right. I didn't get the job because YOU KNOW, or YOU KNOW what I am trying to say. No we don't know what you are trying to say. Speak for yourself. When we say YOU KNOW we are saying we are the victim. That the world is revolving around us. Start taking blame for your actions and speak I messed up, I did not get what I wanted because of my lack of action. Words have power and we can change words from I CAN'T afford it to HOW can I afford it.
By nature we all have 4 tires in our life. We must check them on a daily to know where we stand in our health, mental, spiritual and financial. If one is lacking air in a tire then your car will be out of balance and it will cause you to slow down in your life or cause an accident. It is very important to check ourselves where we stand so we don't harm ourselves or other around us. Make sure your car tires have the same psi so your life can move smooth and enjoy the ride peacefully.
The Million Dollar mindset is a beneficial for an individual because it can bring you riches in many areas of life, health, finances, relationships, spiritual. We need to have a rich mindset to see progress in our lives and share knowledge to our loved ones.
