Claire Bowes, at 15 years old on a day in August in 1998 a bomb went off ripping though her home town killing 29 people and injuring 100’s, unfortunately that day Claire lost her sight, between then and now Claire has finished her education, got married, set up her own business and became know as mum.
In the Podcast Claire talks about her journey, what it's like running Omagh Music Academy and her experiences of being Mum. In talking to Claire it’s incredible how resilient she has been in every stage of her life and is just an absolutely lovely person to have on the show.

Sarah Thompson | Ted and Stitch - “One of the hardest parts for me was looking at someone and telling them, our child has cancer!”
In the podcast Sarah talks about the cancer journey with her son from the difficulties she had telling people and using her blog as therapy. She then goes on to discuss counselling to leading on to the setting up and success of her business, Ted and Stitch.

Meredith Marsh started VidProMom.com and the VidProMom YouTube Channel in January 2015 to help families figure out “video stuff” so they can create and capture life’s relivable moments so they can be shared with friends, family, and future generations.
Along the way, she started helping bloggers with getting started on YouTube. Blogging and YouTube are BFFs in my book, and since she has had a blast doing both, she loves helping others make blogging and video work for them.
In the podcast she discusses what she has learnt and how that it has impacted her and her family. She talks about some of the lows and highs of her youtube tube channel and highlights how she teaches her kids what is possible by leading an awesome example!
In this podcast Danielle talks about what it has been like taking a step back from her career in marketing and the adjustment of becoming a Mum for the first time! She tells us her pregnancy story and gives us an open, honest and heartbreaking insight into some of the struggles when coping with miscarriage and baby loss. Danielle addresses the difficulty of discussion around the topic, the importance of creating awareness and touches on a project that she is currently developing alongside the local Council.

Matt had set up and built three major skateparks within Northern Ireland as well as being involved with the development of many more! He is an absolute “Urban Sports Legend” with his passion and experience pushing the community forward and the development of it within Northern Ireland as to where it is now! With over 20 years continuing experience in working in his field Matt has now transitioned into being Dad!
In the Podcast Matt talks about setting up Northern Irelands first outdoor skate park, his experiences in setting up two more and his involvement in the Urban Sport community. He talks about what he as learn’t in business and what he has had to develop in order to fuel his passion and grow the community. At the end of the day Matt is a BMX’er at heart and it has always been the core motivation to drive forward on what he does! You will also hear about how he has transitioned to being dad and what that means to him!

Bodyfit Mums specialise in tailor-made postnatal fitness programmes. Any mum can attend and they get to meet likeminded women who are ready to start or continue their fitness journey.
Women's body's undergo many changes during and after pregnancy. Bodyfit Mums are there to help build confidence, adapt exercises and safely build strength while teaching good habits so women can stay fit and healthy. The class takes out the stress of childcare, as little ones are welcome to come along to the classes!
Bodyfit Mums is currently hosting an event (A Sisterhood Soirée) to help two charities - We Are Pangs (Perinatal mental health) and Birthwise - for mums and parents in NI.

Dave shares his experiences of family life and setting up Madlug. Madlug was founded in 2015 he was heartbroken to learn that most children in care transport their worldly belongings in a bin bag. With just £480, he started Madlug and came up with our ‘Buy one Give one’ approach: with every bag you purchase, one will be given to a child in care.
Zara Dawson's story of female body building from attending to becoming a two time Northern Ireland competition winner, to then judging and becoming a mum in-between. She is a fitness and biomechanics trainer, she has set up and runs her own fitness club. In the podcast Zara talks about her journey, the highs and some of the difficulties she has experienced.

Caroline has been running a bricks and mortar store, Digg Childrenswear, since 2008 and launched online in 2017. She founded Digg for Success driven by the passion to help other businesses, with all things digital from her experience of being successful with the transition of selling in store, to selling online.
