Wow, I think that is powerful.I am a Christain, and I think it is good to pray this and then say this in your life. I think this is really a powerful concept, especially with prayer.Start focusing on how you deal with people, situations, and problems. A lot of times, the situations will correct themselves if we deal with them right. With marriage problems, raising children, boss problems, employee problems, money problems, how can you deal better with these issues? Start where you are, and try to become better. So many people want to go so hard at things they burn out. Find little things like the things mentioned here and start adding little things you could do better and add more later.Try waking up 10 minutes earlier at first. Then later try for an hour or more. Find a way to make a small improvement. Like waking up 10 minutes earlier, and you might even try to go to bed earlier. Start noticing your patterns. Not just sleep but things you could do better. Then start making some changes in your daily life. Doing positive things effects your mindset and even your energy. It is powerful if you get it right.  When you wake up early, find something to look forward too, not something you’re going to hate. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes worth of stretching, deep breathing, coffee, or something that is not a burden but something you enjoy. I like deep breathing sometimes too, and just thinking and relaxing.Carrying one notebook to list your tasks for the day and in the back have notes. This I love. I like just want one thing to keep up with. It is much easier for me than three notebooks.Make your bed when you first get out of it. Remember, even the small things add up mentally too. It puts you in a positive mindset, I think. It seems like every positive thing I do puts me in a better mood. It is like my brain says, hey, I want to be productive today and gives me more energy.Support the show

Learning to think and becoming better!* Get around people and places that challenge us to be more, and continually learning everyday makes a difference. Don’t turn away, turn towards the good pain and decide your going to win. Here is the question what do I need to know to win and how can I take action on it? * Small consistent action all day every day is better sometimes than big accomplishments. Stop focusing so much on big things start focusing on the days you can make great by doing a lot of small things consistantly. * Try to make something better Today, wake up 10 minutes earlier, do something a little better in several areas Today. Make a mental note, I will do this and this better tomorrow in a small way. If your days are 6’s how can you make them 9’s everyday? WOW ! what a difference it will make if you practice this everyday.    * Help others, who are you accountable too? The more you give in the right way in your life the more you will be filled up. When people think of you do they think oh there is a grouch or no I don’t want to ask them? Be the type of person that is in service to others, make yourself more valuable by being that person that people can count on and it starts with you doing simple habits every day. Don’t start out fast, start really slow and start mastering what you do every day in a small way. Tell yourself Tomorrow is going to be better because I’m going to do __________.  Then fill in the blank.Support the show
Do something you want to do in the morning! Spend some time to yourself. It needs to be something that makes you feel better. You feel you accomplished something when you have got up and done this. It does not have to be something hard. You might want to write a list of things you might want to do.You need to make sure you are getting enough sleep.One little thing can help you get momentum in your day. It is that slow consistent change over time that makes a difference. Lets take your goals for a minute. What are they?Examples:Maybe it is to be a millionaire.TeacherRelatorBe in good shape with six-pack abs.Have lots of cardio and energy.Imagine your dreams are possible for a minute, you must believe to have a better shot of reaching them. It is like wanting to run a mile when you don’t believe you can; it will probably be very hard. How are some ways you may reach those goals? Let’s use some of the examples I’ve listed above. To be a Millionaire, you may have to be willing to invest your time, energy, and money and find things that have a profit margin. So let’s say you look into real estate, options trading, starting your unique niche business selling widgets. Where is the demand is the question? Maybe it is in the service business; you are in construction, so you look at building quality homes and more than reasonable prices and finding help to help you scale the business. Whatever that dream is, whether it is being a millionaire or just being out of debt, write down some things you want to achieve. I want you to write down what you think may achieve it. I want you to imagine the outcome of whatever you want to achieve. Imagine what all you need to do, and see it is already done. Now the question is do you think you would have accomplished your goal? You can project yourself on things just like this, and use your imagination to inspire and creatively think about what you might do.Right now, in this day and time, with everything going on, it is probably wise to have six months saved of your salary. If you cannot do that, at least try to get to 5000 or so dollars to have a little cushion. After you have saved six months of your income, it might be time to open yourself up to your dreams and become a little vulnerable. If you never step out, you will never win. It is important to open up and try new things sometimes even if you lose because in the long run, you will need to have opened up to truly have lived.Support the show
Taking some time in the morning to meditate before getting going or before going to bed. Getting enough sleep, hopefully, 7 hours or more. Trying to get more air when you sleep. I have found when I have more airflow I sleep better. Maybe looking up something you can do to get better sleep.Setting your alarm clock at least 1 hour earlier.Fina a way to manage your time better. Get to the point you can almost mange every moment, and get productive early it will pay dividends.Start trying to be consistent with what you’re doing. If you are not going to maintain it, it may not work.Copy success, what works in different areas in your life. Find the formula. Know what your good at and what your not.Be real with yourself, are you giving what you should? Dong your best?Don’t waste your time complaining. It doesn’t do any good find a way to turn a negative into a learning experience or something positive. Save your breath. Take the time to listen to me on this complaining will make you feel bad. Support the show
Take action, you could be anything for you that you are dreading or something that seems so overwhelming the key sometimes is as soon as you find out there is something like that attack it by taking action. Sometimes it may be a lot of projects or things you have to do and some you don’t know how to start get the main one out of the way. The one that is most important. Key is to take action you may not be able to completely take care of it completely maybe it is a project that will go on for awhile. When you notice that your stressed about something take immediate action and do more and take more action it will make you feel better. Sometimes it is that uncertainty of a situation when we take charge and take a lot of action and put in a lot more work because it trips our stress meter the stress fades and what shows up in its place is satisfacation. Fear turned on itself by hard work and preparation will turn into confidence.Support the show

Don’t waste your time being offended at most stuff. I’ve said it before, but a lot of things don’t matter. One thing that does matter is wasting your time on something that makes you upset that you cannot do anything about. Wasting your time being angry or not in a productive mindset matters. If there is something to learn hey that is one thing but if someone is just acting bad either deal with it or get away from it.Here is a couple of things you can try. Think, why do I care? Try to find something you can learn from it like not to deal with that person again in that manner. I want be sharing that again. Try to find a positive to put on it. How can I deal with that person more effectively, and what does this teach me? Here is a good one how can I handle this situation well and situations like this in the future? Hey, you learned something you sort of turned this possibly into a better situation.Support the show
Organizing your day on what will be done even before the day gets here is smart. I’ve spent some time talking about making a list in the day your in. Some people use their calendars what about getting good enough at it that you can schedule a day or two out. I just wanted you to think about that point about organizing another day before it gets here. Sometimes we get where we are only thinking about the day of, and maybe you would have some better success thinking further.The next point one of the first things to learn is realizing you don’t know everything in the area you are working at, and you need some help. As long as you think you got this, you cannot learn as much from others. The very fact that you can admit to yourself that you don’t know means you may be open to research and more knowledge, which is good.Now find someone or something to help you get more information that will help you win.Something to consider what is the smart people doing that gets results?You don’t want to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes you want to copy the wheel and find a way to make it better in an area.Support the show

So what does this mean?Stop saying negative things. Sometimes we cannot control the thoughts that go through our head. Sometimes bad things do happen, so what can we do? We can start to recognize the things we fear and prepare for what we fear by taking the right action now and being prepared. Fear loses it power. You can ultimately think it doesn’t hold in power over me because it will not happen. Your ultimately free from the fear from it. You are prepared and ready.We can refuse to run the scenarios that could happen again and again over in our head how things might happen. Instead, what are the things I’m afraid of here and how can I react positively and be prepared for it. You are priming yourself for a positive mindset. Your stepping into a faith driven thought process. Remember what the bible says faith is dead without works. Again you are free from the grips of that fear because you have reshaped your thoughts and your ready. Action is what it takes, it is not thought, but first, you need to determine what you want. Next, you need to find out what you need to do, and then you need to put the action in. Identify and OvercomeFirst, Identify what you want.Next, you Overcome obstacles.I want to talk to you about a new morning routine. One wake up, next grab a notepad, pencil and or pen, take about five deep breaths sitting or reclining back in a chair. I also use this time to write down random thoughts, not just what comes next.Next, take a few minutes or longer, thinking back to a point you were great. You felt empowered and significant. Imagine who you were, how you felt, how you were. Do this while taking deeper breaths than you usually would. Support the show
Short Interest as a % of Market CapThe short interest as a percentage of cap of the S&P 500 is low and sinking, which makes sense given the huge rally. Still, the steady decline in short interest speaks to the developing sentiment imbalance developing.Apple up 120% since March lows. A surprisingly high 1.1M people filed for unemployment last week. The week before, jobless claims dropped to below 1M. Stocks ticked up despite the bummer. The value of the dollar has fallen to its lowest level in over two years, and it might keep sliding. Fed money printer: The Fed has been blasting out dollars to inject back into the economy. More dollars = less demand for dollars = less valuable dollars. Instability: An out-of-control pandemic, shrinking GDP, and political instability have affected confidence in the dollar. When you have identified in the day what you want, you have written it down, then stick to it. That is what you have set out to do. When your brain comes to you and says, hey, I don’t feel like this Today, you say nope already decided. Be sure to tell it something back that puts a positive spin on it. Like when I go to the gym, I’m going to feel energetic, accomplished, and better. We have negative conversations with ourselves, and things are lying to us. We have to call Bull. We need to start adding positive to the arguments in our heads. So that is one thing you can do when you know you should do something, or you have wrote it down or both. First say no, I’m doing it, that’s it.Support the show
You have to be open to the possiblity of something for you to have a better chance of making it happen. So the key point here is to stay open. Then start figuring out how it is possible and breaking it down, but if you dismiss it before you start, you don’t even believe it yourself. You have to start with the belief that it is possible. What dreams would you dare to dream if you believed?
