I am so happy to have Elle Wright aka Feathering The Empty Nest as my guest on Wonderful People because she truly is a wonderful person and all round gem. The beautiful author speaks to me about her son Teddy, her life, her mum, reasons for starting her blog and how she found writing her book 'Ask Me His Name.' I could have spoken to her for hours about anything from scrunchies to the meaning of life. I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did (TRIGGER WARNING: We do talk about baby loss and so at this time this may not be a conversation for you to hear right now) and yes I got to meet Boris and he is just as amazing in real life!!!
In this last episode of Series One of Wonderful People I interview Rida Suleri-Johnson about all things from her childhood, marriage, kids, religion, living in Birmingham, soul mates to making money on Instagram. We had a right giggle and it was a lovely conversation to end the first series with. Join me back in September where I will be having interesting conversations with other wonderful guests!
This week, I speak to Theresa Gromski about her beautiful home, why she created her Instagram account, what her favourite room is and what type of things we can budget on when we are low on funds. I had a little tour around the house after we finished our conversation and guys its just how you see it on the gram, maybe even better!
This week on the Wonderful People Podcast we have Yazzie Autwal who is one of the most beautiful human beings I am lucky to know and call my friend. We talk about her quest to change the system and bring racial equality to our world. Her work is not limited to bringing equality to people of colour but to stand for people who are in need. Yazzie asks us to stand out of our privilege for one minute and help those around us because by doing so this world is a better place. Yazzie brings understanding to the subject of race and what white privilege is and why people tend to be confused about the topic. It was a pleasure to have her on the podcast, so get a cup of tea and a cookie and have a listen.
I interview Jaz Harlow, Visionary Coach and owner of The SIstaship. I talk to her about fear, goals and purpose and why we need to remind ourselves why we really get out of bed in the morning. I also talk to her about why people are still sceptical of the life coach service that people are now providing and why do people get stuck in a rut to change their goals and aim for their dreams.
I interview Kate Jones, founder of The Little Jones paper and print company. I am lucky to call her my friend and she had such a refreshing insight into how she runs a business on social media. We talk about how she started, why its important to focus on one platform at a time and where she sees her business going.
