Anthony Robinson is the director of the Geographic Information Systems program at Penn State's College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. He discusses the changes in this program over time, strategies for growing the program and attracting quality students, and working with learning designers. 
Shubha is a program director with Penn State World Campus. She discusses many of the priorities she considers when engaging with an academic program and learning design organizations, with a focus on business factors such as program growth and regulations.
Rebecca Heiser is an instructional designer with Penn State World Campus' Learning Design team. She talks about her background, strategies for working with subject-matter experts, how working in a learning design organization impacts design, and how she thinks about technology and innovation.
