We often hear about how stressful the holidays can be because of all the spending and feeling the obligation to meet expectations when it comes to gifts. But I wanted to focus on the stresses of having to be around toxic people or in toxic environments. So here is a little survival guide...more of a reminder of what you probably already know, I'm just here to back you up and stand in agreement with you!! I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas full of joy and the warmth that love brings. Make sure you get some type of rest this holiday...we have been running strong. P.s.
