I join my friends Jesse & Darleen on the SPACE COAST EATS PODCAST that is hosted at the Space Coast Podcast Studio in Central Florida.They allowed me to sit in on the whole episode and talk with me about what my mission and goals are as The Fat Angel. Basically, The Fat Angel gives out food to the homeless in Brevard County.I came up with the concept of The Fat Angel during CovidMania 2020. I was getting a lot of the extra school lunches donated. I decided to take them to the homeless and give them out. From there I started to cook my own food and give it out. That went well, so I put a story about what I was doing on a popular Facebook food page. The post was a big hit.
