Sabine and Lisa sit down over coffee and tea with licensed acupuncturist Franchesca Isaac, owner of Flourish Acupuncture.Franchesca's journey to acupuncture began with a passion to help people be well. She majored in Biology and planned to go to medical school before realizing med school was not for her. While on a break from school, she studied Interior Design in California for 6 months. After developing an allergic reaction to her prescribed pain killers, she turned to acupuncture for relief and it was the only thing that worked. She continued learning about Chinese Medicine and became fascinated with how the body works. This fascination was the spark that led to her new career in acupuncture.
