Having started his first business with a 10k loan and turning that into 21 million revenue over five years, Andy certainly knows a thing or two about business.... now he is helping many others to create their own success. During a flying visit to Dubai whilst hosting one of his events, Andy kindly spent time to share his story so far going from sales to business owner to the world of personal development thanks to some divine inspiration from Tony Robbins. Full of wisdom, advice, mindset tips, Andy shares a great snapshot of how he has become one the most in demand public speakers across the globe.

Having grown up in Dubai, Avinash has certainly seen a change in the landscape. During that change he has become the CEO of insurancemarket.ae which had been founded by his father. Having taken the business from strength to strength and growing from 22 employees to 300, Avinash has a firm grasp on what it takes to be successful here in Dubai whilst also enjoying the journey.
