Description

Hey y’all! I’m Remy! From men who have earned my respect to sex and intimacy, this will be a random little podcast where I talk about what’s on my mind. If you ever need something to listen to in order to tune out that old guy on the bus who just won’t stop chatting with you, this is it. This is for you.

EWC4U Culminating Activity. I read my original short story - “High Germany” - in audiobook form, and I give a five minute explanation about my writing process at the end.
Hello everybody! Welcome back! On this episode, I bring on a very special guest to talk about the differences between baby boomers and Gen Z - two generations that rarely see eye-to-eye. This podcast is for a school project, hence the new sound! I used Soundtrap to create my podcast this time, but I might stick to Anchor, because Soundtrap is much more complex and it gave me a headache at times. Thanks again for listening, and have a nice day.
CW FOR THIS EPISODE: mental health (depression symptoms and self-worth). Hey everybody, I’m back at it again after being MIA from podcasting for a month. This episode I get a little bit personal and unload some baggage that’s been weighing me down, PLUS I explain the concept of the Enneagram and how it ties into my mental health. The Enneagram is something I really love and I recommend checking out the Enneagram Institute website if you are interested in it like I am. Take care of yourself, and see you soon. (Also: if you are listening to this not on Anchor, the song excerpt isn’t there. Copyright, maybe? Anchor said it was fine. Sorry about that.)
Hello! I’m so sorry I couldn’t make an episode last week but I was too busy being a sadsack. ANYWAYS! In this episode I talk about why I feel like Sarnia (the town I live in) is on an alternate plain. This episode is SUPER low quality but I am not going to apologize for it. This isn’t a school assignment to be graded, this is my own podcast and I have free reign over it. Take it or leave it. Anyhow, see you next week!
Hello! This episode is being released early in order to submit this before the deadline my summer school culminating activity. In this episode I talk about my new favourite book and I get very worked up about things you probably will not understand unless you read the book. Whoops. We also have a special guest on this episode!! I hope you like it!! Cheers, and have a great week. (Portfolio, if you want to follow what I’m doing: https://remyleighportfolio.weebly.com)
Welcome back! Heads up for this episode: I do mention suicide and gender dysphoria and some issues that could be sensitive, so please keep that in mind before listening. This week I wanted to talk about three LGBTQ issues that affect me the most, AND I bring on my first special guest - my friend, Emma! She’s here to talk about the lack of lesbian representation and how it affects her. This is a bit of a heavy episode, so grab a seat and strap yourselves in. I hope you enjoy this episode, and stay tuned for more! Thanks so much!
First proper episode of Etcetera is up! In this episode I list off ~10 men who I have respect for. Men are trash (yes, that includes me. Frankly, I am Mega Trash), but these guys are pretty okay in my books. This is not to contribute to the whole stupid ‘not all men’ argument that I see on Facebook quite a lot. I think the statement ‘not all men’ is B.S! Anyways, this is just for a laugh, and I hope you hear a name that perks your ears up or makes you go, “Yeah, damn, I agree, he’s pretty okay!” Cheers, and see you next week!
Hey everyone! Welcome to Etcetera! I’m your host, Remy Leigh! This episode is an intro, kind of like a one sided getting-to-know-you thing where I list off 10 (or 11, I lost count) facts about me before going off on an unnecessary rant about gym culture. The schedule for this podcast is still unknown - I don’t know whether Wednesdays will turn out to be a good upload day, but we’ll try it. Cheers, and thanks for listening!
