Join me and Hannah aka @lunchmeatprincess. She is a Digital Collage Artist who uses her larger body as part of her art, often with the intent of causing arousal. We discuss: Hannah’s experience of puberty and the feelings it brought. Her discovery of feminism and feminist art  The process in terms of starting to use her own body in her art. The concept of ‘fat fetish’. Hannah’s relationship with her own body and sexuality and how she brings it into her art. She also gives advice to other people in larger bodies who want to express themselves more sexually.

We discuss her history of disordered eating, her experience of ED recovery as a black woman at a higher weight, her struggles to access treatment and so much more. We’re back!   It’s been a few months but we will be back with a new episode to be released every last Friday of the month.    For this episode, I am chatting to Katherine Kimber. She is a Private Online Dietician, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and runs an amazing company called Nude Nutrition.   We chat about her journey with her own body image as well as her experience of studying dietetics. Join me and Becca King; a Dietician who specialises in helping those with ADHD heal from disordered eating.  We discuss Becca's own experience of having ADHD and recovering from disordered eating, as well as how she works with her own clients. We also discuss how ADHD can often lead to a binge/restrict cycle.
