The hosts, Shane Bailey and Evan Bailey, are cousins and business partners and have done everything from flipping homes to building homes, owning and running restaurants and coffee shops and anything in between. Shane is a licensed general contractor, certified home inspector and licensed Realtor. Evan is a very talented designer and business man and together they built Bailey Custom Homes, which Shane currently runs today. Built By Baileys is the 2.0 version of Evan and Shane’s entrepreneurial adventures as they tell stories of business past, talk about the future of real estate and home building, interview guests of all walks of life and make you laugh along along the way. They also discuss how this form of home building is still very taboo with many lenders, and how to talk to a bank when it comes to financing a container build project and how this form of building is simply modular construction.
