When Joe Jordan’s father died when he was only 6 months old, his mom had to figure out how to raise him and his 3 siblings in the Bronx without any financial windfall.  This is why Joe has made it his passion and campaign to call attention to the need for MORE THAN JUST A RETIREMENT PLAN but for Americans to have a plan that takes illness, long term care and all concerns -- what he calls a TOTAL PLAN -- in place."There is no nobler profession in the world than the trusted financial advisor who can protect the innocent if someone dies prematurely so that people have peace of mind, who can provide people with a worry-free retirement with an income that they can’t outlive so that they can maintain their independence, and who can protect that income if they get sick so they can maintain their dignity and finally leave a legacy when they die.”   www.Josephjordan.com
I’ve always said that formal education is under-rated, sometimes even a scam.  However acquiring an education for yourself is the only way that you can grow in value to the marketplace  -- which is the secret to success.  In this show I interview Aaron Morrison, founder of Wyldfyre Dynamics - a coaching company that helps it’s clients clarify their vision, develop a plan to make it eality, and get BETTER RESULTS FASTER. Aaron shares his engaging story of how he evolved from a roofer to a real estate investor to now become an at-large NLP master and success coach.  On this journey he quickly realized that so many of the problems people and businesses face are rooted in a lack of self-awareness, of the power emotions have over us and the lack of attention or knowledge of mindset.  His defining moments were in finding the abundance mindset community of real estate investors led by Amy Ransdell and then mastering the technology of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming -- a philosophy of self-awareness, persuasiveness and especially techniques whereby people can take control of their emotions, state of mind and therefore their future). I enjoyed discovering that control of your emotions can be INSTANTANEOUS when you have the right tools and techniques to understand them and shift their momentum.  I think this conversation will stretch your understanding of what it takes to take control of your life in order to have abundance in every sphere.Books Aaron recommends: Tony Robbins Unlimited Power  Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich Maximum Acheivement by Brian TraceyOther resources to begin breaking through to greater self-mastery, success and abundance Aaron mentions are The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, and the podcasts and youtube videos available by Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, Bruce Lipton,  and Grant CardoneKey words self-improvement emotional intelligence NLPNeurolinguistic ProgrammingGrant CardoneTony RobbinsAbundanceSuccess hacksSuccess secretsFacebook https://www.facebook.com/aaronmorrison.realtorAnd https://www.facebook.com/wyldfyredynamics/
Maybe you have been wondering “WHY LIFE INSURANCE?”  There is so much confusion about what life insurance is, what it is for, how much do I need, do single people need life insurance -- on top of that stir in the even more complex questions: Should I buy term insurance or permanent insurance like whole life or universal life? Why would ANYBODY ever buy whole life insurance in the first place? Is the life insurance I have through my work enough or should I also have a policy that I own for myself? With all of these questions people face the major obstacle of COMPLEXITY.  It appears that life insurance is too complex, and we all know that COMPLEXITY IS THE ENEMY OF EXECUTION. So a lot of folks just shrug their shoulders, cross their fingers that they have enough life insurance, and move on. This is probably why the number of Americans that own independent life insurance policies is only 44%!  In this episode I speak with Don Blanton, president of MoneyTrax who has been on a campaign for over 30 years to help people understand how life insurance works and how much you need.  He has been noted as being critical of life insurance companies for doing a poor job in understanding and explaining their own products.  What I found best in this interview was the following: The difference between life insurance as a WANT product versus a NEED productWhy 5x your salary is a terrible formula for determining how much you needThe foundational question you need to answer isn’t ‘how much’ but ‘what do you really want to happen?’Why life insurance companies love to sell term insurance (because they only have to pay out less than 2% of them)How wealthy people use some types of life insurance to grow their wealth. One helpful video that I offer to my clients to help them better understand life insurance and how it works is this 10 Minute Lesson On Life Insurance. To get in touch with Don, you can visit his social media and his company websites below.  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/moneytraxincLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/don-blanton-92b53b10MoneyTrax: https://www.moneytrax.com/
