In this introductory episode, we give the heart behind As You Go, the importance of parents leading their kids in spirituality and faith, and a sneak peak of what to expect in future episodes!
Over 5 episodes, we'll be mapping out some basic Gospel concepts with a pattern of phrases that end with the R sound. Episode one helps to lay the groundwork for our understanding of the good news of the Gospel by explaining what it means for God to be our maker. Parents, enjoy discussing this fundamental concept with your kids, emphasizing Psalm 8:3-4 and how incredible it is that our creator God cares for us!
In this episode, we examine the hard truth of sin, where it came from, what it does to us, and where it leaves us. Sin is our failure, and sin deserves a punishment. It may be kind of a heavy episode, but don't worry! Good news is coming in episode 3!
