The LAYC Teen Center launched W-LAYC Teen Center Radio in Fall 2018. It is a space where youth can explore their identity, share their experiences and perspectives, and express themselves creatively. Youth produced 8 radio episodes during the 2018-2019 school-year.

Mike E., a rapper from Ethiopia, discusses why he only raps in Amharic. Frank G., a native rapper from DC, discusses his experience and musical style.
Henry and Fabricio discuss life, death, and gentrification in DC. Izzy, Feker, and Calvin wrap it up as they talk about moving from middle to high school, girls, and how they overcame challenges.
