Musings from Sasi

Musings from Sasi

2021-05-2834:21

This episode is a one sided conversation due to the lack of connectivity. Sasi is a young man I met online through a social platform. He is located in a small village in India and I have been learning a lot about his perspectives growing up. Due to the lack of internet available we were not able to have an open dialogue conversation. What you will hear is what we were able to cut out of the episode to share with you here. Enjoy!
Edited: This is a repost with the speed of playback slowed down. In this episode Bob and Joe come back from a long crazy year. As much as most of us are tired of hearing about the pandemic it was great to chat about it from a couple different perspectives. I feel the take away from this episode is gratitude and appreciation. Enjoy!
Fun ways to help teach critical thinking and problem solving with your kids. I cant even imagine how challenging it would be to have children right now. Having to explain what is happening and having to adapt your life to be more of stay home and do everything person. Hope these help teach some lessons and wear them out. Have a great one!
Today I am chatting about critical thinking or seeing the big picture. It is important to stay well rounded and be able to move in and out of an idea. Without it becoming everything to you. I make a regular habit to read something I dont agree with. This way when you are presented with a situation you will have more resources in your mind to navigate around it. Stay on your toes, there is a lot going on. Also a lot of weird reasons and news to weed through. Take care and stay safe.
Life is binary, we make choices and we will never know what would have happened if we went the other way. Use the time we have right now to go back and try to unpack some boxes. We arent defined by our past, but we are our past. We are the wisdom, lessons and perseverence we developed from our choices. We are in a weird time right now so go easy on yourself.
Lets talk about gratitude today. The universe has given all of us one giant lesson in it. Everyone from seniors in HS and College sports that wont finish their final season. We are missing events, festivals and family gatherings. We are even missing human touch. Find ways to be grateful for what we already have everyday. It will help you stay more present to the world around you and find the postives in the situations as they present themselves.
We are back for another daily musing of the world around us. Today I talk about thinking in the positive or negative. How we can look at our situation right now as a time to create growth and be creative or sink into a hole. Neither of them are bad in doses. We just want to make sure we dont get stuck in the hole for very long. Stay positive and be creative!
Well, this will be episode 1 of my musings of what is happening around in the world. This will be something I hope will help someone with working through what is happening. Also a diary for the future. If you havent started yet I suggest and historians have suggested also. Is to journal your life events and feelings about what is happening. This can be used for future generations. Enjoy!
In this episode Matt and Joe go into the grind, and question whether it is missing in todays group of entrepreneurs. I always say its like having gone to recess and never going back to class. Have a listen and as always we look forward to any feedback. Enjoy!

Have a listen to see what we discuss about the struggle that is life and entrepeneurship. Cheers!
