You are worth the effort you put into the internal work.

We are biologically wired for connection and belonging. Join three psychotherapists Suzanne, Carmen, and Natalie, as they explore the impact of transitions in connection. In the last several months we have been adaptable, whether it’s learning to manage family relationships and traditions, or embracing video calls for networking. We need to re-imagine, adapt, and find new ways in our authentic connections to self and others.
Join Natalie, Suzanne and Carmen as they examine how we create our worlds with the stories in our minds. It is important to have some level of knowledge or awareness before we can get curious about our stories and narratives. "It is important to get honest about the stories we are making up about our struggle, then challenge these confabulations and assumptions to determine what's truth, what's self-protection, and what needs to change if we want to lead more wholehearted lives." Brene Brown.  We can write new stories based on our learning and ultimately transform the way we live and love.
Join Suzanne, Carmen & Natalie as they explore transitions and identity. Transitions are becoming more plentiful. We will experience one disrupter every one to two years. One in 10 will be so big that we will undergo a major life change. Transitions take longer than you think, but not longer than you need.
BRAVING is Brené Browns definition of trust. How do we understand and practice trust in our upside down worlds?  As we adapt, change and shift our lives with covid-19, join Natalie, Carmen and Suzanne as they examine and imagine raw, risky and real new perceptions on being human.
Dr. Maté explains that when people are faced with the choice of either attachment or authenticity in their relationships, most will go for attachment first, seeking approval and recognition from others instead of learning how to give it to themselves. This means that most of us will decide that it is  more important for others to like us than it is for us to do whatever it takes to like ourselves. In other words, when attachment is chosen, respect and acceptance from others is held in much higher regard than self-worth and self-acceptance. WER3 believe that there comes a time for all of us who truly wish to be holistically healthy to choose authenticity over attachment. When you’ve tuned in to the authentic, whole, amazing You, you are tuned out of your fearful parts.
