Description

In a culture fueled by fear, social pressures keeping us silenced, and childhood hurts masking our identity, Grace for Breakfast was created to help you recover who you were born to be and step into boldness.

Adulting, parenting, dreaming, and having faith can be hard after not seeing it modeled healthily for us or experiencing a painful childhood. We’re determined to break the patterns for our kids and want to bring you along with us so you can too.

We’ll have compassionate conversations on grace in every season, faith, family, and breaking free from the destructive patterns caused by fear and abuse. Our hope is that you leave encouraged and equipped with tools for self-recovery, and reminded of your bold identity in Christ.

And it all starts with a little bit of Grace for Breakfast. Hosted by Iviana Bynum, writer, poet, and photographer. Sometimes visited by her sweet artist husband Bhreon Bynum for conversations on marriage and partnership.
