As we move into Full Moon energy this week, I present an introspective look into what emotional growth looks like in practice, allowing that light from the Full Moon to illuminate the path around and in front of me. I've been working on this episode since last weekend, and apparently the Full Moon cracked me open, and gave me the headspace to put into words a bunch of things that have been swirling around in my head for a while. This episode turned out to be a lot more personal than I expected but I think a lot of valuable thoughts came up for many others too. The quote that stands out for me is: "Good outcomes can be overwhelming if we feel undeserving of them, and while it can be easier at first to simply not acknowledge them, in my experience this is not a healthy or sustainable response."
