Hey Everyone! Listen to this! I tell a bit about my mental health and why we should normalize the topic on mental health to make it talked about and understood. For me I had to get out of my comfort zone for this. You can judge good or bad about it, at least it has been heard and being talked about. Also I explain the meaning and purpose of why I want to start a podcast on mental health topics. I was obviously nervous, you can hear it in my voice haha Also this is my first time doing something like so the quality of the editing and stuff might not be that great, but that's part of learning is trying and making adjustments. Also if you want to talk about a certain topic that's relevant to mental health let me know so we can set up an interview and let you be heard!  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/carmen-snyder/support
