It's Prepare for Impact week on our podcast! Where twice a year we will be looking into what's new with our team! This last week we had what we called a Futures Think Tank. This week we have the honor of interviewing the president of One Challenge Dean Carlson and we are talking with him about his time raising his family in Africa and hearing some of the incredible stories that he has to share with you all. If you liked this episode please leave some encouraging words for Dean. He is an incredible man who has so many responsibilities in his position but he still made time to be a part of what we are doing here on the Prepare for Impact team. 
This week we talk about our recent and boring change that we go through every year twice where your perfect schedule of sleep gets disrupted. So we are going to talk a little about some new studies that have been done on the affects of daylight savings and how it can lead to depression. Also just some laughs about different places in the world and whether they use daylight savings or not. Please join us!
