We all know that ADHD comes with many friends. We also know that ADHD is easily misdiagnosed as many things and those things are also misdiagnosed as ADHD. Wow.... hearing you describe everything (you) are!!! I litterly broke down and started sobbing. Your struggles are so familiar to me. Read many books, listened to thousands of podcast, and had a few life coaches.. None of that material offers insight on how ADHD impacts a person's life. Even people with adhd that have podcast and talking specifically about their "struggles ".. its all vague and the "general struggles. I am without words!!!! thank goodness someone is willing to be valunerable and share what it really looks like!!! I can't wait to listen to the other episodes.💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟
