Beauty and the Breakup

First of all...this is EPISODE 10....YESSS! I am so proud of myself for this. On this episode, listen as I share a story of how after a botched...illegal nail appointment, led me to better health. 

I had a complete emotional moment today.  I did not feel like recording this podcast...BUT I SHOWED UP ANYWAY! On today's episode of Beauty and the Breakup...I share my thoughts on the current climate of the world, black business, my mental state, and cancelling the "struggle" mentality.

I took the pen and began rewriting my story and I want to share it on my podcast. Learn more about my journey of self awareness, resilience, ups, downs, twist, and turns.  Most importantly learn how I stopped blaming life, and learned how life was guiding and teaching me so that I could live in my truth and truly be happy.

Welcome back to the Beauty and the Breakup podcast.  If you are living on the planet Earth, then you are probably being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Schools are closed, and businesses are shutting down left and right.  It is a very real thing and this pandemic is changing our regularly scheduled program.  I like to change my perspective on things, and have come up with a list of things that I will be doing during this forced down time.  Making sure my life and my children's lives are sill somewhat normal is important to me.  How are you spending this time of social distancing?

Hey Beauties and Beaus... I have been on a hiatus from my podcast. Thank you for understanding that your girl had to take a step back and get some things in order.  But none the less... I AM BACK.  Check out what has been happening with me since I took a break.  Don't worry... I am back to stay.  So cheers to a continued season. Now lets jump into it. 

We all have self limiting beliefs. The beliefs we hold about ourselves, become self fulfilling prophecies. These beliefs can work in our favor if we turn negative thoughts into positive ones. It all starts with you girlfriend.
