"Will this matter in 10 minutes, 10 months, or 10 years?"Asking myself this simple question has been a game-changer for me and I’ll tell you why…If it doesn’t matter in 10 months or 10 years, I simply don’t care. I don’t care about the reality show everyone’s talking about. I don’t care where we eat dinner. Basically, I’ve trained myself to not care about instant gratification or moments of temporary excitement. This is ONE of the five strategies that can get you out of analysis paralysis (whi...
Unrehearsed, unrefined, and completely from my heart… THIS is exactly what you can expect during the next six minutes together. You see, I love (like really love) researching, writing, preparing, and creating content for you.But this episode is different, it wasn’t done for the sake of creating content. This is actually a segment of a Q&A inside of Your Biggest Launch Ever. I was asked, “Do you ever get embarrassed creating content in public?”And in short: I do… (just ask my ex-neighbor wh...
Real talk: Are you willing to get your hands dirty with the gritty, often overlooked tasks that lay the groundwork for your future? My resident co-host Amy Porterfield, our guest Gary Vaynerchuk, and I had a conversation about how important this mindset shift really is to become the person you need to be (so you can have the things you want to have and do the things you want to do.)But that’s not all…In this episode, you’ll learn the importance of authenticity in content creation, personal bra...
Have you ever had something, someone, or even just a conversation light a FIRE in you? It's as if every atom in your being is telling you, ‘Hey, there’s something bigger than you that you’re supposed to be a part of now—mmmkay?’Well, as an entrepreneur, the purpose and determination that feeling can bring is pure magic. So, if you're ready to be part of a conversation that's all about growth, strategy, and the beautiful dance between purpose and profit, then you simply can't miss this episode w...
"What if this doesn't work out?"That one lingering question that drives just about every entrepreneur crazy (like a fly at a barbeque). But what if—instead of letting it buzz around our heads—we reframed our mindset to see it as an opportunity for growth?“OK. Sounds great, Jasmine. But how?” I’m so glad you asked…In this episode, Lewis Howes shares strategies for overcoming fear and self-doubt. But that’s not all, you’ll also learn how to reframe your mindset by focusing on potential success r...
Real talk: there is nothing I want more (not even a lifetime supply of tacos y tapatio) than to see you build the business you so truly deserve. That's exactly why, in this episode, I’m answering questions from business owners just like you to help you reach that next level. From validating business offers through beta testing, to sharing strategies for building an email list with a personal touch, I've got you covered.Click play to hear all of this and…(00:01:13) What I personally recommend do...
If there was one discussion that could transform the way you view criticism and critiques, this is it.Because here’s the deal: feedback is a GIFT.It's a chance to learn, grow, and become the best version of yourself and create the best possible business.Yes. It might be uncomfortable at times. But not nearly as uncomfortable as wasting time, energy, and money doing things that don’t work or could’ve been done better/faster/smarter.This is exactly why, in this episode, you’ll hear strategies f...
Have you ever heard of the “Million Dollar Tool”?It only costs about $2.25, but it saves chain restaurants over a million dollars in product a year. Can you guess what it is?It’s a rubber spatula.Just scraping out that little bit of dressing, sauce, or whatever from one pan to transfer it into the new pan (instead of the trash) saves them SO MUCH MONEY every single year. So, why am I telling you this? This is a testament that being more resourceful in business (almost always) leads to being mor...
Wanna know what really holds entrepreneurs back?… it’s not lack of funds.… it’s not lack of time.… it’s not lack of influence. It’s the story they’re telling themselves around these perceived “limitations”.**But the good, no GREAT, news: You can tweak, change, and rewrite the story however many times you need to.In fact, in this episode, Megan Hyatt Miller, the CEO of Full Focus, shares exactly how to rewrite and believe your new story. (Because let’s be real: if you don’t believe your new sto...
I have four words for you…GET. IN. THE. ROOM.Doors locked? Go through a window. No windows? Climb to the roof and go through the vents. And once you do get in the room (because if you want to bad enough, you will), remember: you belong there just as much as anyone else does. This is just one of the many, MANY mindset shifts I’ve made over the past couple of decades. And in this episode, you’ll learn my top five mindset shifts that have transformed my business.Click play to hear all of this and…(...

Tell me if you can relate to this…When I get obsessed with something, I start to see a new level of results. But I have to fully immerse myself into that ONE thing and give it my all.You see, being obsessed helps you narrow down your focus and allows you to dedicate more mental energy (and time) to make quicker progress. In this episode I’m spilling the tea on my latest obsession, what I’ve learned and realized in quarter one, and the most creative way I’ve ever pitched myself to be on a podca...
Can I be real with you for a moment? I mean, you listen to the podcast so I already know you’re a real one.OK, here I go: I'd rather have someone disappointed, upset, or disliking me for being 100% true to myself, than being a mere carbon copy of who they think I should be.And that’s a special kind of peace that I wish for you, too.In this episode that originally aired on the "I Dare You" podcast with Darrin Johnson, I spill the tea on how I was able to adopt this mindset. You’ll also get a (...
When it comes to building a *GREAT* team, let’s just say there are some lessons that I learned the not-so-easy way.But that’s ok… because now I’m able to share them with you. (Psst:...

Ever heard of Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft?Well, let’s just say that back in 2014, Microsoft was well, struggling hard. Their market shares were down, they had a not-so-stellar team culture, and they simply just lacked innovation overall compared to their competitors. When Nadella took over, he knew things had to change. And, so you know what he did? He started with himself, focusing on empathy and humility. He listened to his team and customers and made sure everyone had exactly what th...
¡Es mi cumpleaños, y’all!I think it’s safe to say that the past 12 months have been a potent cocktail of necessary uncomfortability, massive growth, and beautiful challenges. (shaken not stirred)And as I blow out the candles on yet another year, I'm filled with hope, determination, and a deep sense of purpose for the year ahead. But instead of the usual birthday wishes for myself, this episode is all about YOU!In this episode, you'll hear my very transparent and specific goals for the next 12 ...
Ever wondered what it's like to sit on a board?Or, better yet, where to even begin when you're interested in serving on one? I generated an additional $555,000 in revenue with the advice she gave me for free. That’s when I knew I needed her in my sphere. And her mentorship has been, dare I say, life-changing.Everything from helping me empower my team to run the operations to handling (many) business curve balls. In this episode, you’ll learn how to handle tough situations in entrepreneurship, get more by doing less, and build confidence in yourself as a leader.Click play to hear all of this and…(00:00:15) The back sto...

I love it. I have no complaints. I honestly do not care if this podcast was from Facebook. O do not go to facebook often because it is too distracting and busy for me so I hope you keep this type of podcast for people like me who prefers to tune in via your podcast.

Loved the first part about procrastination and selfishness. I'm gonna keep that top of mind. Always Love your energy, enthusiasm, and Wisdom. The format though, on this episode, the FB live, wasn't quite as engaging. Hearing you bounce off others, like with their actual voices and emotions, I feel is such a strength that not showcasing it is like leaving money on the table. That said, I could listen to your special brand of Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding and Wit all day every day. I look forward to hearing, and seeing what ever you bring. Thank You Hotep Y'all 🌄🌄🌄
