The Sunday after Easter is that time when the disciples still wondered, is this true and how long will it last? It was the new normal, slightly familiar and completely uncomfortable! This Sunday is about trusting that we have the Holy Spirit to guide us!"Where is your net that Jesus asks you to tend to? Who are you pulling towards Jesus so that Jesus may break bread with them?"Gospel: John 21: 4-14; 19-22Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus. He called out to them, “Friends, haven’t you any fish?” “No,” they answered. He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.”When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish. Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, “It is the Lord,” he wrapped his outer garment around him (for he had taken it off) and jumped into the water. The other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish, for they were not far from shore, about a hundred yards. When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread. Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish you have just caught.” So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn. Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.”None of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. Jesus came, took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead.Support the show

This Easter we celebrate new life in the midst of dramatically changed lives in our world!Gospel: Matthew 28:1-10Support the show
On Good Friday, we find ourselves at the foot of the Cross kneeling as both saint and sinner. We lift our own crosses that we bear, for us sometimes a symbol of how our love is held back from others, but for Christ a symbol of sacrificial love with a promise. The promise that God will not abandon us in our suffering. God comes to us just like this, just as we are. Christ conquers our greatest fear, death and promises life. Life Eternal. On Good Friday, we stand at the foot of the cross with Jesus. Gospel: John 18:1 - 19:40Support the show

This Radical Series is about changing our lives at home. With changed routines, schedules, work, school, etc...how are you changing your faith life? We follow the story of Martha and Mary (Luke 10: 38-42) as each chooses a different way to prepare their home for Jesus! You can choose to be too distracted and busy, or choose to listen to Jesus in your own home! Your choice...Jesus shows us the right choice. The text...Jesus Visits Martha and MaryNow as they went on their way, he entered a certain village, where a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. She had a sister named Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to what he was saying. But Martha was distracted by her many tasks; so she came to him and asked, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her then to help me.” But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing.10.42 Other ancient authorities read few things are necessary, or only one Mary has chosen the better part, which will not be taken away from her.”Support the show
This series, started before the Coronavirus Pandemic had gripped this nation and world, was about living a radical life in Christ. This week we geared ourselves toward Global Mission and we were going to hear from Ugandans with Kibo Group! That is all changed...but the Great Commission of "Go and Make" can be heard in a new light, a new hope, a way to reach people maybe not physically, but spiritually!Support the show

Radical Faith is about trusting that you are on a path with God and faithfully stepping onto that path. We might not know the end of the journey, maybe not even the middle of that journey, but we do know God. So, we have faith, radical faith and we move. Listen as Malley Terrones shares what led her to a 12-week Mission this summer. Support the show

What if we redefined Radical in light of our relationship to Christ?RADICAL • rad·i·cal • /ˈradək(ə)l/ • adjective • (especially of change or action) relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough. Could we be radical followers of Jesus Christ, where are fundamental nature is changed because of our faith. This series asks us to change the world by changing our relationship with Jesus first!Support the show

Yes, they can be different seasons...The important part in each of the relationships is to name the season."Without naming the season you will only wander through it, not walk through it"Name the season you are in...name the season that you are in so that you can walk through it and not wander. name the season that you are in because you will know where you are at and can decide where you are goingname the season that you are in so that others can walk with you. A time to be...Ecclesiastes 1:2We are on a single journey on this earth, our choice, our faith, is in how we live out that journey...till death do us part.Whatever you plant today will be the seed of tomorrow, what do you want to reap? Today is a new beginning in your season of planting.Jesus calls us to new life in Christ, daily renewal.Do not see this text as "plucking" but more as harvesting. We harvest the good. There will be a season where we see God face to face...1 Corinthians 13:11-13What is the harvest that you will share with God?
