Columbus native, Nita Sweeney, joins David, Marcus and Nate to chat about her book "Depression Hates A Moving Target: How Running With My Dog Brought Me Back From The Brink." Nita talks about her struggles with depression, how she got started running and how it has changed her life. Nita Sweeney Bio:Nita Sweeney is the author of the award-winning running and mental health memoir, Depression Hates a Moving Target: How Running with My Dog Brought Me Back from the Brink. Her writing journal, You Should Be Writing, is available for preorder. She has completed three full marathons, twenty-seven half marathons (in eighteen states), and more than one hundred shorter races. Nita coaches creatives in writing and meditation, blogs at BumGlue, and publishes the monthly e-newsletter, Write Now Columbus.
