Nolan Julseth White is the Managing Director of SVN The Equity Group in Las Vegas, and oversees all brokerage and company operations. John and Ashley Lazosky joined me for this episode of my podcast. We had a great conversation and I learned a lot.We started out by talking baseball.  I had to know how a Montana guy could possibly be a Dodgers fan. I loved hearing how Ashley and John met, and the fact she was not his biggest fan in High School. Ashley was a cheerleader on the rival school John played basketball for.They reconnected at Montana State University where John played basketball. He had an uphill battle but eventually won her over.They ultimately moved to Las Vegas in 2003. Three months after moving here, Ashley had her Real Estate license and away they went.Now, John and Ashley are Owners of 1st Class Real Estate Vegas Homes and growing. Ashley is one of the very best marketers I have found.
