Episode 75:Today we talk with Aisha Chottani the founder of Moment! She talks about her journey from a thought, to a movement! It all started with seeing her family drink different adaptogens and teas instead of just reaching for more caffeine! We talk through the struggles of a business startup and the joys along the way. We talk about their journey on the show Shark Tank, where they pitched their business to the millionaire, and billionaire sharks! Aisha talks about the flavors being rooted in the things she and her husband recall from their childhood. They had to make sure they created a product that combines flavor profiles but ultimately provides functionality through the health benefits of the ingredients! They have thought so deeply about the benefits of each adaptogen, and the combination of them, that will fuel your mental clarity and performance throughout your day! You will definitely want to take a "Moment" and give Moment a try; you just might find that it becomes a regular part of your daily routine!Check Out Moment-Drink Your Meditation:Website: drinkmoment.com-Use coupon code: SPECIALMOMENT for an exclusive 10% listener discountInstagram: @drinkmomentShow Partners & Resources:-Equi.Life: Functional Medicine Supplements and At-Home Labs-Therasage: Premiere Portable Infrared Saunas, Purified Water Gem Stone Technology, Ozone, Bio Bands, and more! 15% Discount Code: WELLNESSEXPANDEDHow can you support our podcast?Apple users, please subscribe and give us a 5 star review on Apple Cast, we make sure to read them all. Episode 64:We decided to have fun and switch things up today.  Instead of us interviewing someone else, previous guest Ted Hanik, and future guest Sinjin Larson, are interviewing your favorite co-host Dustin (don't tell Kent).  In this episode I share my story...from growing up with very little, to an evolution of health issues, and then finding my way to a much more vibrant and symptom free life today.  The zinger in this episode is when I share, for the first time publicly, how I was a semi-professional poker player, playing at the highest levels.  I share how poker informed many aspects of my mindset today.  I then went from going all-in on the felt, to going all-in on my health. This was a lot of fun, and although this interview took place a few months ago, it is perfect timing to air on the podcast because we will have Sinjin on next week.Be well friends!Show Partners & Resources:-Equi.Life (formerly Equilibrium Nutrition): Functional Medicine Supplements and At-Home Labs-Therasage: Premiere Portable Infrared Saunas, Purified Water Gem Stone Technology, Ozone, Bio Bands, and more! 10% Discount Code: WELLNESSEXPANDEDHow can you support our podcast?Apple users, please subscribe and give us a 5 star review on Apple Cast, we make sure to read them all.
