In this episode, I chat with the co-founder of Saturée Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition Coach about our new product Niacinamide.Pure Niacinamide powder has been a daily staple for us, and most of our clients, for many years, so when it startedto become harder to find, especially in Australia, we knew we had to source and create our own product as part of our supplements range.Niacinamide, the amide form of Vitamin B3, provides a myriad of benefits, most notably it improves glucose metabolism and energy production, restrains the release of volatile free fatty acids into the bloodstream protecting against oxidative damage, and serves as a reliable precursor to NAD+When consumed regularly, in conjunction with a nutritious diet and healthy lifestyle, it’s a powerful weapon against the factors that accelerate ageing … and we’re not just talking about the visible signs of ageing.LINKSJoin our 7-Day Eat More, Train Less, Get Results ChallengeLearn more about our 16-week Winatlife Accelerator Program: Book your callSaturée productsFollow:Kitty Blomfield @kittyblomfieldCraig McDonald @iamcraigmcdonaldSHOW NOTESWhy we decided to add Niacinamide to our product line (0:35)What is Niacinamide and it's benefits (2:56)What it does in our body, its importance for energy production, and overall health.
