In this sermon Pastor Tortorici teaches out of Genesis 48:8-20 and Genesis 37:10. At this point of the story of Joseph's life we find him bringing his two son's before his father Jacob for a blessing, before Jacob passes away. Something interesting happens during the blessing that first leaves Joseph confused and upset.

This Sunday Chris Tortorici reads out of Genesis 48:1-20 and he breaks down the story of Jacob pronouncing blessings over his sons. Chris looks into the fact that some of Jacob's sons haven't always lived a righteous life and they have done some terrible things. Does all the blame lie at the feet of Jacob? Haven't we all conceived and birthed an ugly past? What do we do with that past? In this message Chris lets us know that it's going to take strength to face what it is.
