Description

Josh Galt brings you the Entovegan Exchange podcast - an open conversation about edible insects and a plant-based vegan lifestyle. Digging deep into the issues of sustainable farming, health & wellness, biohacking, and much more with individuals from all different backgrounds, nothing is off-limits, and no sacred cows are spared, including the edible insect industry's own dirty secrets! These are raw, honest discussions seeking to know the world as it really is, with challenging, controversial solutions for creating a brighter future. So many claim to want a cleaner, more environmentally-friendly planet, yet so few are willing to make the choices required (hint: get over your eurocentric cultural biases, and start eating bugs). Welcome to the Entovegan Exchange podcast, built on the world's ultimate sustainable superfood diet!

Sustainability is more important than ever today, and this eco-friendly, zero-waste clean-beauty ingredient performs double-duty, being extracted from a process which cleans organic matter and upcycles it into nutritious protein and essential fatty acids. The ingredient is Soldier Grub oil, also often referred to as black soldier fly larvae or BSFL oil, and yes, it’s actually extracted from an insect! In this episode Josh introduces the breakthrough ingredient and gives an overview of how it's produced and why it works for cellular rejuvenation and younger, healthier skin.Support the show (https://entovegan.com/podcast)
After several months fully immersed in learning about holistic livestock management during quarantine lockdown on a working ranch, I've come away with new ideas for greater supplementation of insects into rotational grazing systems, while also wrestling with the core of Entovegan and whether or not integrated livestock management is a viable way to change unhealthy dirt to healthy carbon-rich soil.Support the show (https://entovegan.com/podcast)

I'm vegan but am totally on board with introducing & 'normalizing' insect protein in the US & western countries in order to reduce & eliminate animal agriculture.
