Hello, I would like to welcome you to a panel discussion on Trends in the Hospitality Industry and Culinary Arts. I will be moderating a discussion with three friends/former industry colleagues of mine who are now in post secondary education. We will be discussing emerging and possibly macro trends and how post secondary institutions are responding and evolving to stay current or lead the way in preparing their students for industry. For this episode I had the opportunity to connect with the Executive Chef from the Scarboro Golf and Country Club. We talked a bit about Chef Chris himself as well as his thoughts on the Covid Pandemic. This episode is 11:44.
