Self Care and mental health is so important and something we sometimes let slip in to the background. Crisis counselor, Morgan Davis, talks about being present in the moment, anxiety, worrying, coping mechanisms, self care, and how to take care of yourself... SO. MANY. THINGS. Mental health should be top priority in your life, and putting yourself first is OKAY. No matter your mental state feel okay checking on yourself. It was so amazing to sit and talk with Morgan and learn about why we make the decisions we do and understand ourselves better.
