She's baaaack!! And surprisingly better than ever? Oh, and she rebranded her podcast for the third time... Welcome to She's Intimidating. We either know her or we are her, either way we have something to learn and I can't wait to teach you through my own indiscretions. Follow along every week as Jess navigates through life one podcast episode at a time. Oh, and teaches you to become intimidating/how to handle it. xoxo, Jess Instagram/TikTok: @shesintimidating @jesss.arielle

I am beyond exciting to bring to you one of my favorite interviews to date. With the Zaya Show!! We talk about Zaya's coming out story and get educated on pronouns he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them because I know I'm not the only that gets confused. But there is nothing wrong with asking(: Things are constantly evolving and the important thing is that we evolve too. This weeks topic is discovering you identity! Which is very important. Own who you are and don't be afraid to try and figure out who that is. I feel like we constantly are trying to figure out our identities, like a never ending cycle.  I am here to tell you that it is essential to growth. I love to compare discovering a new identity to remodeling a kitchen. You either gotta rip everything out and start from scratch or you change a few things here and there. Decide if you like your current identity and want to tweak a few things are start from scratch!!! Either way this podcast episode is going to guide you into figuring out who/what that identity is. xoxo JessZaya: @the_zaya_showPodcast: The Zaya Show@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Vulnerability

Vulnerability

2022-10-0529:08

In this weeks episode we are talking about vulnerability. If you want people to understand you, or to help you through your struggles you have to be vulnerable. If you want people to relate to you, you need to be vulnerable. The second I started being vulnerable on my social media and my podcast it started gaining tons of traction! The only difference? I became vulnerable and it allowed people to relate. It allowed people to help me. It allowed people to gain enough confidence to share their story. One of my favorite creators I follow (Jenna Jarvis) created a whole company around vulnerability called, Vulnerability is cool. And IM OBSESSED. It's so cool. it's relatable. (Sister if you ever want me to speak at any of your events I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE. Anyway I hope this episodes encourages you to be vulnerable.  xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
This weeks episode is all about friendships in your 20s. How to know when a friendship is no longer serving you. Dealing with unsupportive friends. And when it's appropriate to step away from a friendship. Trust me I have seen it all. My biggest advice is to constantly re-evaluate your friendships and pay attention to HOW PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL. This is the tale sign of if you should remain friends or not. Just know that you always have a friend in me(: and in this podcast! This was a super hard episode for me to record and release because its raw and a lot of what I am going through in my life right now. Your 20's are hard. Moving across the country knowing nobody is hard. But this is the type of stuff that forces you to grow into the person you were always meant to be. P.S. I AM POSTING THIS LIVE FROM HURRICANE IAN LMAO. So far so good and I absolutely will have an update for you on next weeks episode.Stay safexoxo Jess@shesintimidating (instragram/tiktok)
IF IT AIN'T THE GIRL WHO LASTED 7 DAYS AT HER JOB. Lmao may she Rest In Peace. In this weeks episode we talk about events in my life where I learned the most. Things that also shaped me into the person that I am today. Like the loss of my brother at a young age, and having my heart ripped from my chest by multiple relationship. Here is the thing... I wouldn't have it any other way.  I can confidently say that I would not be the girl I am today without the things I have gone through. Whatever you are going through I promise that you WILL SURVIVE. And you will become stronger because of it. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Literally.xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Guess who's back, back again? Boyfriends back tell all of your friends. In this weeks EP of She's Intimidating we discuss how to bring up moving to a partner, How things are going in Orlando and well the infamous cop who pounded on our door at 1:30am convinced we were throwing a party. I wish, because that would mean we actually had friends here (;(; NEWS FLASH OFFICER DICKWAD WE DON'T. Anyway I hope you all enjoy this episode because it will be the last one that isn't with video!! I hope you are all excited to start seeing the face behind the podcast. xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Aww if you are ever curious what it's like to grow up in Utah you have come to the right place. And yes it is much different than other places. No diversity, no sex talk, and everyone goes to church/ serves missions. The goal in Utah is to conform and if you don't conform you end up like us lolol. Just kidding but it was an honor having my former student body president on the pod to discuss what it was like to grow up in a bubble. xoxo Jess@jesss.arielle @shesintimidating Guest: @sam.uelporras
Awww our favorite question? Is everyone psycho? Or is it just me? Honestly, it's pretty valid. But that being said, who cares? As long as you can put that pretty little face of yours on a freshly washed pillow (this part is important, we don't put our faces on anything other than a freshly washed pillow case) YOU ARE SOLID. Everyone else's opinion simply does not matter. That being said. Yes we are all the problem, but sometimes we aren't. Sometimes it's other people. At the end of the day as long as you are happy with who ever is staring back at your in the mirror. You are enough. I was on Bourbon Street in New Orleans tonight and obviously I HAD to pay 40$ for a 3 min tarot card reader and this is what she said. People will not support you, and often they do not. But the only thing that matters is that you support yourself, and you will see shortly you are making a great decision for yourself. Xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Fresh Starts

Fresh Starts

2022-08-1028:16

There is something so beautiful about a fresh start. Curating the person you want to be from scratch. Somebody that nobody really knows. This week on She's Intimidating we talk all about fresh starts because well, I am about to get mine. I have always dreamed of a fresh start, in a place that nobody knows me. AND IT'S FINALLY HERE. 5 Days until I am officially a Florida resident. Good bye Utah, you will not be missed. I hope this inspires at least 1 person to get the fresh start that they have always dreamed of. Because you are worthy of that. You don't get to decide how you are brought up, but you do get to decide where you go. Remember that. xoxo Jess @shesintimidating@jesss.arielle
This week on She's Intimidating we talk about losing your identity... The bad news is that losing your identity will have you feeling like you have no idea who you are. The good news is that your new identity can be whatever you want it to be. You can truly become anything you want. I believe that losing your identity forces you to grow and become something else. It's a catapult into your next life. My best friend sent me something today and it goes hand in hand with this weeks episode. It read, "your new life will cost you your old one" I think that we should embrace life for what it is. A chapter book. And with each chapter ending a new beginning starts. So who do you want your new identity to be, and most importantly who do you want to take with you?xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Just like I say in the beginning of this EP there is going to be people that hate you just for existing.. What's that saying? "You could be the ripest peach on the peach tree, and there will still be somebody that hates peaches." SO STOP TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE, and start trying to please yourself. The only person that has to spend 100% of their time with you is you. So embrace whoever that is. In this weeks EP I give examples on when I knew that I was the most hated girl in the room and we discuss my thoughts around it. For some reason people who are sure of themselves can come off as threatening to those who  aren't.  And then comes the isolation. You know the part that gets you excluded from big groups and uninvited to weddings. Yup, that type of isolation. The one that makes you feel so alone and has you thinking "what did I do to deserve this." And to answer that question most of the time you did nothing. You just brought out an insecurity in someone else.My favorite internet sensation to bring up when discussing this topic is Indy Blue. An icon. And if you don't know her you better pull up that instagram app right now. Although her clothing company Lonely Ghost is a staple in her life, as well as her traveling ventures, we are here to discuss her personality. A girl who is truly sure of herself and has a life any girl would dream to have. But with all of that comes haters. people say unecessarily mean and cruel things to her. I give her the example of "the most hated girl on the internet" and not because she did anything wrong or is a bad person.  But because everyone feels the need to try and tear her down for absolutely no reason other than she brings out insecurities in them by being  herself. Because a lot of people can't do that. Everybody gets insecure but what's not okay is projecting those insecurities onto other people. And for those of you who constantly feel like the most hated girl in the room. Nobody ever remembers the most liked. xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
"I Hate Myself"

"I Hate Myself"

2022-07-2028:33

On this weeks episode we talk about what to do when you really don't like yourself. The good news is that it happens to everyone, the bad news is that when it does its suffocating. This weeks episode we talk all about what to do when you don't like yourself and things I believe that can help. Like hang out with yourself, until you learn to love yourself. In my experience the people that hate themselves the most are the ones that can't be alone. Romantically or in their day to day life. They constantly have to be around people. But that could never be you because you listen to She's Intimidating. Pay attention to the people who make you feel good about yourself.xoxo, Jess@shesintimdiating @jesss.arielle
Aye back to regular scheduled events. I have some really exciting news updates about the move as well as possibly a new podcast studio!! Whoop Whoop. We also talk about my risky behaviors. For example hopping on a yacht in Miami with a bunch of boys from Argentina and being the only one to speak English. Could I have died? yes. Did I? No, because I live to tell the story. Trust me there is a lot more where that came from. Tune in to todays episode to hear them. ily xoxo Jess@shesintimidating@jesss.arielle
This podcast is for Delta Airlines and Delta Airlines only....... GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. Let me tell you about the tragedy of a trip that I had getting to my podcast interviews in LA. BUT WE MADE IT and this is the unfortunate close of the LA episodes. Which means you get just Jess for a while! We also discuss the liquor laws in Utah vs. any other state and let me just say this. Our liquor laws are out of this world. At least I only have to deal with them for 40 more days, then I will be an official Florida Resident. xoxo Jess @jesss.arielle @shesintimidating Guest: @humble_hulk801
Awww welcome to another week of She's Intimidating. This week I sit down with one of my close friends Josie to discuss life after college, and just about everything else in between. Like the fact that neither of us is using our college degree. LMAO. I know that life after college can be so brutal because now well you gotta live. And for those of you that never attended college that's okay take what applies. And let me know how it feels to be so much farther ahead than those of us who decided to go. lolxoxo Jess@jesss.arielle @shesintimidatingGuest: @josierisley21

Honesty 3 weeks ago I told ya'll I was finding a way out of Utah. AND IT'S OFFICIALLY HAPPENING. I am about to be a resident of _______. If you must know I put California, North Carolina, and Florida on popsicle sticks and picked one. But can I tell you a secret (it's where I was hoping it would be.) Can't wait to share this new adventure with you guys even though every troll and their offspring on tik Tok is telling me that's a horrible idea. Here is to a brand new adventure. xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
This week on She's Intimidating I got the honor of Interviewing the Isabella Biscarini about her new swimsuit company True Tone Swim. And we got ALL OF THE DETAILS. It was an honor having her on this podcast. She is such and inspiration to so many girls and I can thank her for my lack of tan lines. LADIES DON'T WALK RUN TO GET THE JANE TOP you will not regret. You can find her on all social platforms under @truetoneswim @isabiscarini xoxo Jess@jesss.arielle @shesintimidating
Mormon Momtok

Mormon Momtok

2022-06-0329:33

Ahhh this has been the biggest scandal since Jen Shaws arrest. Utah may not be my favorite place but it sure does make for some fantastic content. First of all do we really believe they were only "soft swinging" because that one does seem like a stretch to me. Second of all I am also convinced that the whole Momtok was involved, even though they are all denying it. Seems like way too good of a story to be made up and I like to believe that not everyones imagination is that wild. Anyway I hope you enjoy as much as I did.If none of that entertains you skip to the end where we discuss HOW TO GAIN CONFIDENCE. There are so many things you can participate in to help your confidence. I feel like having confidence is one of the best things you can do for yourself. And remember, you can't be intimidating without it. xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
Awwww back to the very beginning (Men ain't shit our very first podcast together). In this weeks episode I have a very special guest Brooklyn Brown. We talk about out infamous scooter crash RIP, we still have scars AND PTSD.  And most importantly we talk about going for it. I have always talked about having a podcast and Brooklyn has always talked about moving to LA. Two years later and she is on my podcast while living in LA. Just go for it. You will never be ready if you wait until you are. I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast about besties catching up.xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielleGuest: @bbrooklynbrown
I am currently sitting in the Delta Lounge at the Salt Lake city airport, with my boyfriend  1.2 drinks in (and hammered might I add), waiting to fly to LA all because of this podcast. I'm screaming inside. But here is part 2 of the Coachella Series!!! Sorry it took so long, technical difficulties. I love you guys thank you for the support. SEE YOU IN LA!!!!P.S Any guess on how much I spent on Coachella? listen to find out but regardless I'm not proud. XOXO Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle

Hope you are all ready for the live Coachella Plog (a term a made up myself which I like to call podcast logging). Anyway this episode was so much fun to record in real time and explain to you guys how Coachella really works. RIP your bank account. I spent 2K while camping there(:(: But it could easily be a 5-10K weekend if you airbnb and uber. Do I regret it? ABSOLUTELY NOT.  Will I be back? Honestly there is a lot of pressure involved with Coachella that used to not be a thing, so it's a big fat maybe. We also meet so many cool people, listened to amazing bands, and came home with feet full of blisters. Hope you all enjoy and we will see you in part 2. And thank god it wasn't as hot as 2019. xoxo Jess@shesintimidating @jesss.arielle
