If you are out of work then join the talent directory and let recruiters know you are ready to work! visit www.jobhoney.io/talent-directory to sign up.This is a very special episode of The Talent Bubble because we have a special guest host, Josh Burke. Josh was a technical recruiter at Patient Ping and has recently joined Fresenius Medical Care as a talent manager. Josh was originally supposed to be a guest himself. We even sat down and recorded a conversation, but when I got home there was no audio recording. Instead of trying to recreate lightening in a bottle, I asked Josh to be a guest host and luckily he said yes! Josh asked his good friend and colleague Zach Starkey. Zach has worked in a staffing agency, as an in-house recruiter, and now as a talent consultant. Please enjoy this wide ranging conversation that includes insights on what it was like to work at Google as a contractor, how to deal with being furloughed, and structuring an interview process to remove bias. This episode was recorded on Zoom and is only part of the conversation.
